The day of 2021.12.5 was an unforgettable day for participating in this outdoor team building outreach training. Although this outreach training was only a short day, I understood what a team is, what is communication and cooperation, and how to unite and cooperate. , Motivate each other.
After arriving at the outdoor expansion base, under the guidance of the expansion coach, we first did some outdoor warm-up and team building interactive games, so that everyone merged with each other and broke everyone's unfamiliar environment and unfamiliar training. Under the arrangement and deployment of the coach, we were divided into two teams, red and blue, and completed the live action CS, shooting, and outdoor racing activities.

Through several activities organized by the company’s team building outreach training, what reminds me is that if the team is to develop together, team members must have effective communication and a good communication environment. Both teams need to have a clear division of labor and mutual development. Only with cooperation can the ultimate goal be reached.
